General notice:
Before booking with Tomasz and/or Iaroslava (further referred to as 'us') or attending any classes or activities , whether in the studio or online, paid or free, Clients (further referred to as 'you') should read these Terms & Conditions carefully. If you are unable to agree with the Terms & Conditions, you must not Book or attend the services offered by us. If, however, you agree to the Terms & Conditions unconditionally, you may Book and attend the services offered by us, subject always to these Terms & Conditions. Booking or attending our lessons or classes shall indicate your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. Please note that if you do not agree with any part of the Terms & Conditions we should be notified so in writing at least one week in advance before your intended lesson.
We may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the amended Terms & Conditions on the website without warning. The version of the Terms & Conditions that applies to the services offered by us shall always be the version enforced at the time the services offered by us were booked.
As our potential Client and student, we require you to follow these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time if any part of this agreement is breached. In the case of such an event you, the Client, are not eligible for a refund of any paid services.
By booking private lessons, group classes, workshops and other events, hiring a floor from us you are automatically assumed to have agreed to our Terms and Conditions and have signed the liability waiver.
Cancellation Policy:
PRIVATE LESSONS
CANCELLATIONS & MISSED PRIVATE LESSONS
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made 1 week (seven days) prior to the booking. One week to 48 hours (two days) cancellation will incur in £15 payment (floor fee). Cancellation made less than 48 hours (two days) will incur in full lesson fee payment. No refunds will be made if the lesson is cancelled within the 48 hours (two days). No exceptions. You may discuss this further with your teacher if missing a class is due to unforeseeable events. If private lesson is missed we are under no obligation to refund a lesson or wait in the studio past your lesson time.
CANCELLATIONS FOR STUDIO HIRE
We are happy to share our studio with other teachers who may book with us directly and may cancel their studio hire request at any time with no fee payable. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate wholly or partially any booking at any time and for any reason including, but not limited to:
1. If the booking might, in our reasonable opinion, prejudice the reputation of the Studio; (d) If the behaviour of the Client or Guests (whether as individuals or as a group) is deemed, in our reasonable opinion, to be unacceptable;
2. If the activity of the Client or Guests (whether as individuals or as a group) breaches Fire/Health and Safety or any legislation in any way or deemed unsafe for staff, performers or public.
3. Any such amendment/cancellation/termination shall be without prejudice to any right of action of the Studio or us in respect of non-payment or any breach of the terms and conditions.
CLASSES (Advanced technique Master Class and Mastering the Basics)
BOOKING
The client is required to book and make full payment before the start date of the course or on the day of the first class in order to secure a spot. Courses are subject to space availability and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
MISSED CLASSES
If a Client is unable to attend a class for any reason we are under no obligation to offer alternative or replacement sessions.
CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
Once Booked all Dance Services are non-refundable and non-transferable. This does not affect your statutory rights. We require a minimum number of Client Bookings for holding each individual Course. If that minimum number is not achieved by the day after the deadline for booking has expired, we reserve the right to cancel the Course and in this instance, will provide a full refund.
VARIATIONS TO SCHEDULED CLASSES
On some rare occasions it may be necessary to make alterations to the start date, time, or teacher of our group classes in order to operate our sessions effectively. All Clients will be notified of any such changes as soon as is reasonably possible through the website timetable or through our Facebook page. Please note that we are not obligated to inform students personally of any such changes. Any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give you the right to terminate the agreement or ask for a refund.
COURSES (Beginners and Improvers social courses)

FREE Online classes during Covid-16.
Classes are offered to new and existing clients free of charge. Booking is not necessary. Client has no right to share, record a video on other devices and /or pass on or share the information provided during the class in any other way with anyone outside of the group of members invited and approved by the group admins. Photographs and screenshots are only allowed if approved by an admin in writing.
WORKSHOPS AND OTHER EVENTS
Once tickets have been requested, payment is due within two weeks and minimum two weeks before the event. If payment is not possible within two weeks, a Client may pay via bank transfer. Requested tickets may be sold without notice if payment is not made within the timescale given. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other events hosted by Tomasz&Iaroslava but may be transferred to another person provided the organisers are notified of the change minimum 48 hours prior to the event. Advance payment only unless specified otherwise by the event organisers. No tickets will be issued. Client's name will be added to a guest list. Payments are accepted in person by either Tomasz or Iaroslava if paying cash or bank transfer. Please do not add French chalk or talcum powder or any kind of oil to your dance shoes. This is dangerous to other dancers, invalidates our public liability, and goes against our terms of use contract with the venue.

Studio etiquette:

We kindly ask you to use designated areas to get changed.

If you are taking pictures and videos, ask all participants for permission and before posting on any social media.

Please avoid eating any smelly food in the studio. If any spillages may occur, we kindly ask you to clean after yourself.

Must wear heel protectors at all times on high heels.

The sole of the shoe must be clean at all times while in the studio.

Keep relationships between teachers and students professional while on the premises.

Please note that we do not allow any alcohol consumption within the studio.

Please do not add French chalk or talcum powder or any kind of oil to your dance shoes. This is dangerous to other dancers, invalidates our public liability, and goes against our terms of use contract with the venue.
Liability Waiver
I (the "Client") understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, whether in the studio or online, there is a possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any dance classes provided by Tomasz Wezykowski or/and Iaroslava Perederii (this includes but is not limited to classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities). I also exempt, release, and indemnify Tomasz Wezykowski and /or Iaroslava Perederii, their guest teachers (in an event of a workshop or joint floor hire/session) and/or any students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, or injury, to me, my children, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted Tomasz Wezykowski and /or Iaroslava Perederii. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Tomasz wezykowski and / or Iaroslava Perederii, class volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists and/or students liable for such damage, loss, or injury. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. If I am signing this waiver for my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights.
Permission is granted to Tomasz Wezykowski and Iaroslava Perederii to use photographs of students for publicity purposes.
